Thomasina Bowyer-Bower – Equinor

With a background in Geography from Edinburgh University, Thomasina joined Equinor in 2021 as a Sustainability Engineer. On Equinor’s graduate scheme Thomasina worked across the business, focusing on a range of areas including the environment and climate, human rights, and culture in operations. Recently graduated, Thomasina works to drive structural and systemic change, supporting industry collaboration to progress diversity, skills and climate agendas. She also strives to align national, corporate, and local contexts while ensuring that host communities’ interests are supported with her ultimate goal to actively contribute to a sustainable, ‘just’ green transition, which creates positive impacts.
