Sue Falch-Lovesey – UK Head of Social Value, Equinor

Environmentalist and Educationalist Susan Falch-Lovesey has a successful 30-year track record of establishing and developing environmental projects and services of various scales for charity, local authority and business – applying her skills and experience to projects that make a social and environmental impact.

Since January 2017, Sue has been a Stakeholder Manager in the East of England, with a focus on the offshore wind industry (initially for Vattenfall and then for Equinor), she is now UK Head of Social Value for Equinor, a Norwegian-owned broad energy company whose purpose is to turn natural resources into energy for people and progress for society.

Sue eagerly embraces the opportunity to develop and promote career pathways into the industry, especially for young people and is a qualified Secondary Science Teacher, a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and in November 2021 she was made an Honorary Fellow of the University of Suffolk.
