Weatherquest is a privately owned weather forecasting and weather analysis company based in Norwich and located on the University of East Anglia campus. Weatherquest provide a wide variety of bespoke weather products to large corporations and individuals alike, including services in the renewables industry, agriculture, ports & transportation, winter gritting and print media. At Weatherquest, our philosophy is to add value to computer model predictions by retaining the option for ?forecaster intervention?, using our trained meteorologists? knowledge and experience. Weatherquest provide detailed weather and wave services to many of the world?s leading renewable energy companies, during all phases of the offshore wind farm lifecycle. Our mission is to help our clients to minimise disruption, maximise productivity and maintain safe working environments, in the face of ever-changing weather. We specialize in providing person to person support, as well as integration of weather information into existing decision-support systems. Weatherquest is active in research and development and has its own innovations team. We are able to undertake research and offer advice on more complex weather issues, developing bespoke services tailored to each customer?s requirements.
