Since 2017, UrbanChain have been building smarter, decentralised peer-to-peer energy markets which break the monopoly of the wholesale energy process, by developing local renewable generation and consumption networks.

We are driven by the conviction that access to energy should not be expensive and opaque - dictated by existing monopolies - but instead should be stable, affordable with accessibility to renewable as the mainstream market.
