A hands-on workshop where teams design and build their own individual wind turbine. Success depends on how effectively it contributes to the wider team wind farm.
Our Wind Farm workshop is designed to reveal how teams actually operate when it matters. What gets said, what doesn’t, and where things break down or come together.
From there, the work is owned by the team.

All our workshops are centred on structured reflection, where teams name what needs to shift, identify what to stop, start, and continue, in how they work together.
That’s where real development begins: not in the activity, but in the decisions teams make about how they want to improve.
