Norfolk and Waveney Mind

Norfolk and Waveney Mind is your local mental health charity. We are part of the Mind federation, but we are an independent, self-funded charity. Every pound we raise here stays here in our community, supporting vital services for people across Norfolk and Waveney. We offer a wide range of services, including our REST hubs which offer drop-in mental health support, the NHS Talking Therapies service, Enhanced Recovery Workers based in GP surgeries, access to employment services and mental health training for businesses and individuals. Every service we offer is designed to meet people where they are, supporting them through crisis, guiding them towards stability, and helping them rediscover their strength and potential. We work to ensure that no one has to face poor mental health alone. We believe that, with the right support and resources, anybody can create a life that feels meaningful to them.
