Maverick Engineering Limited were founded in 2013, with the vision of providing new engineering solutions to a multitude of industries, including oil and gas. We are made up of a vastly experienced team, with our employees having over 50 years of experience in the industry.
Since 2013, Maverick Engineering has predominantly worked within the oil and gas industry working closely with clients to fabricate HPUs, skid units and various other projects, all from their specialised workshops. Our fabrication and welding services also cover a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, carbon and exotic materials such as aluminium, copper, duplex and Cuni 90/10. We can also carry out electrofusion welding of PE and PU pipework and has expertise in structural steelwork and process pipework. Over the years, our company has obtained 20-plus welding procedures required for customer projects, including st/st 304, 316, carbon steel S275, S355, dissimilar and super duplex, with a wide range of thicknesses.
Away from the fabrication work, Maverick also specialises in providing and installing pipework systems across the UK including compressed air systems. We have gas-safe accreditation for all commercial and industrial applications, natural and LPG. Our company is also a distributor and installer of Eqofluids UK Components.
Maverick is a proud member of BSI, which has been issued ISO 9001 management certificate and BS EN 1090 execution class 2 structural steelwork certificate, with dual UKCA marking and CE marking. We are currently working towards the ISO14001 environmental management system to be in place before 2025.
