KWLS original mission in 2005, was to find out which therapies effectively work for common mental health issues, becoming qualified and registered to treat. This has lead us to develop evidence-based solutions to use in industry from approaches that are starting to be widely used in the NHS. Based in Lowestoft, our experience encompasses working in the energy sector since 1985 (nuclear and offshore wind) and 2010 with third sector mental health organisations. Our unique position has allowed us to access the most current, effective and cost effective techniques available today. We provide cognitive, behavioural and emotional approaches to support all of your workforces needs. Our staff are fully trained therapists/counsellors to offer support and solutions for mental health issues, what we call WELL BEING + ** Note ** Due to the current lock down difficulties that we are experiencing, we are now offering video chat for all of our services - workshops, seminars and 1 to 1 sessions.
