Greenscape Energy

Founded in 2012 by Nigel Watson and Josh Young, Greenscape Energy is a leading renewable energy company based in Ipswich, with annual revenue of approximately £15 million.

We specialise in the installation of solar panels, battery storage systems, air source heat pumps, and EV chargers – in both domestic and commercial properties, and we’ve completed over 16,000 installations across East Anglia, the East Midlands, and the South East of England. Our mission is to provide transparent, customer-focused renewable solutions that deliver energy security and long-term savings.

With a team of over 50 employed staff and a network of experienced, long-term subcontractors, we operate from our showroom on Woodbridge Road in Ipswich. We also manage two warehouses and a dedicated training academy located in Akenham, just north of Ipswich, which supports the learning and development of our staff, customers, and consultants, and which is used by training organisations.

We’re proud to work closely with the Suffolk community and have formal partnerships with Suffolk New College, Suffolk Mind, and Suffolk Wildlife Trust. We’re accredited by MCS, NICEIC, TrustMark, and RECC, and we are certified Tesla Powerwall installers.
