Green Maritime is an independent Marine and Engineering Consultancy to the offshore energy and maritime industries and provides robust, efficient, independent and cost-effective support from our offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Great Yarmouth, we are positioned to provide support to client companies locally, although our operations are worldwide. We have local presence in UAE, Africa and Brazil.

Services are wide ranging across the maritime industry, primarily focused on loss prevention, from management and execution of marine projects to assurance packages.

• Walk to Work campaigns at fixed installations, semi-submersibles and FPSO

• Disconnection and tow of semi submersibles and FPSO installations and the relocation of hulls to / from repair yards, rig moving,

• ISM audits and provision of DPA services to marine vessel operating companies

• Conduct of project HAZID / HIRA.

• DP Consultancy, from complex enhanced dynamic positioning studies, DP FMEA, 5-year verification & annual DP trials, CAM / ASOG development.

• Pre-purchase and pre-bareboat charter inspections of offshore marine vessels.

• Marine Warranty Services, with recent projects carried out in the UK, Middle East, Europe and Africa.

• Vessel assurance packages, including desk top studies, vessel inspections, this can extend to DROPS, PUWER and LOLER inspections as required.

• OVID, eCMID, eMISW and Flag State Inspectors

• Investigations into marine incidents

Familiar with the UK Safety Case regime and Duty Holder obligations required for the management of marine operations, the planning and execution of vessel operations and the responsibilities for ERRV performance, & performance standards. We provide training for Marine Competent Persons for offshore installation personnel.

Experienced in decommissioning of offshore installations in the UKCS, safety case reviews, transportation & installation processes and procedures, heavy lifts, port operations (PMSC) and bespoke training packages.

So far as practicable, we utilise local resource to carry out attendances, this means we keep the costs as low as possible for our clients whilst we also ensure we minimise our carbon footprint as much as possible.
