Elysian Leadership provides leadership coaching programmes for young professionals and leaders in the energy sector and the organisations they serve, supporting them to navigate complex transitions with clarity, calm and confidence. Founded by Claire, a transformational leadership advisor and ICF PCC certified executive coach, the business focuses on the inner shifts that strengthen the outer work of leadership.

Through 1:1 coaching, small groups and team programmes, Elysian Leadership creates a grounded, reflective space for leaders to pause, make sense of change and reconnect with who they are becoming. The work supports young professionals and leaders to rebuild trust in their own judgement, reconnect with their voice and strengths, and develop more sustainable, self aware ways of leading.

Elysian Leadership partners with organisations across the energy industry - including oil and gas, renewables and the wider energy transition - who are developing leaders to navigate rapid transformation, reskilling and cultural change. Claire brings a thoughtful, practical approach rooted in psychological safety, offering steady guidance to young professionals and leader stepping into larger roles amid the complexity and pressure of the evolving energy landscape.

With over twenty five years’ experience in HR, organisational development and leadership development - including two decades in the global energy sector - Claire blends deep sector insight with strong human understanding. Her work draws on somatic awareness, nature inspired principles and research from her PhD on career change.

At its core, Elysian Leadership supports young professionals and leaders in energy to lead with clarity, groundedness and self trust, even in the most complex moments of transition.
