What You Need to Know
We are seeking a senior executive to lead our IWOCS Business Unit on a global scale. As Vice President, you will oversee the delivery of innovative IWOCS solutions, manage a diverse international team, and drive operational and financial performance. This role includes full P&L ownership and requires a strong focus on service excellence, compliance, and strategic execution.
You will shape and deliver the business unit’s strategy, cultivate a culture of safety and innovation, and ensure alignment with Proserv’s broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global IWOCS operations with full P&L accountability, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions across international markets
- Develop and implement strategic plans covering market growth, technology, financial performance, and M&A opportunities
- Foster a safety-first culture through visible leadership and continuous QHSE improvement
- Set business unit targets, manage KPIs, and lead monthly performance reviews aligned with executive objectives
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX approvals in collaboration with FP&A
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution and compliance with Proserv’s standards
- Lead global talent development, resource planning, and competency management for a diverse team
- Drive operational efficiency through ERP utilization, cost reduction, and working capital optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and industry partners
- Embody and promote Proserv’s FRESH values and Leadership Charter in all aspects of leadership
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
We’re looking for a strategic and operational leader with a strong track record in managing global service businesses within the offshore oil & gas sector. The successful candidate will bring:
- Extensive senior-level leadership experience in the energy sector
- Demonstrated success in managing global teams across multiple cultures
- Full P&L ownership experience, including strategic planning and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of service delivery in offshore oil & gas markets
- Advanced competency in business financial management and commercial terms
- Experience in developing and executing strategic growth plans
- Skilled in resource planning, ERP systems, and working capital optimization
- Proven ability to lead safety culture initiatives and drive QHSE performance
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Diplomatic and influential, with the ability to mediate and resolve complex issues
- Experience in managing CAPEX and investment cases aligned with strategic goals
- Familiarity with industry associations and external stakeholder engagement
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Willingness to travel between global Proserv sites as required
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to Proserv’s FRESH values
Ideally you will also have:
- A degree in Engineering, Technology or Business (MBA preferred)
- Experience managing technical product/service businesses with global reach
- Prior exposure to Proserv’s technologies and service offerings
