Job Description

Survey Coordinator Infobond are a Turnkey Technical supplier to the energy industry, at a global level. Our headquarters are based in the UK, with Infobond BV located in the Netherlands.

We are a fast-paced dynamic business, so you must have the ability to work effectively, professionally, and under pressure. The coordinator is a role working alongside the existing team, planning both Survey and O&G projects.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is currently an established planner/resource/recruitment/project coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients and sourcing personnel to support project operations
  • Oversee day to day planning and project preparations
  • Negotiation of terms with the clients and personnel
  • Assist with travel bookings/training courses and other items required during the mobilisation process
  • Expand and build relationships with personnel within the industry
  • Expand and build the Infobond brand to clients and contractors within the industry
  • Travel to Energy exhibitions where required (with notice)
  • Support both Survey and Oil & Gas operations where required, including administrative duties
  • Mentor any future team members who join the team where required
  • Be willing to learn and attend training courses for progression to Senior roles
  • Form part of the Company Weekend on call rota
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management team
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Able to manage any personnel queries outside of the office hours
  • Able to manage any personnel job requests outside of the office hours
  • Able to manage any mobilisations queries outside of the office hours
  • The position is office based, in Gorleston (NR31)

Required experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the offshore energy industry (essential)
  • Experience with the resource and planning of personnel/crews (essential)
  • Experience in dealing with clients and personnel
  • Ability to negotiation with clients and personnel
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to communicate with candidates globally
  • Ability to prioritise and complete projects within deadline
  • Familiarity with using databases, applicant tracking systems
  • Familiarity with social media tools, especially LinkedIn
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint Software
  • Driven, forward thinking, committed, problem solving, multi-tasking, adaptability, proactive, reactive
