EEEGR are happy to announce our first Lunch & Learn Event sponsored by ScottishPower Renewables.
Daniel Bradley, Lead Project Engineer at Shell UK, and Peter Pepper, Lead Delivery Manager at Methods, will introduce the role of the project manager, project management as a topic and the Association for Project Management as an organisation.
For those who are expected to lead projects as part of their day job but have not had project management training, The Accidental Project Manager will help to help to start them on their project management journey. Daniel and Peter will take participants through the important steps and skills necessary to successfully deliver projects without formal project management training.
