Event Description
Building a Talent Pipeline: 36 Years of Apprenticeship Success at Warren Services
Join us at Warren Services for an insightful morning exploring how a long-term, proactive approach to apprenticeships can create a sustainable pipeline of talent and drive business growth.
Over the past 36 years, Warren Services has embedded apprenticeship training at the heart of its workforce strategy. What began with just three people working from a garage has grown into a thriving business employing 115 people. This event will share that journey in an honest and practical way; what has gone well, what has gone wrong, and how lessons learned have shaped the company’s approach today.
You will hear how developing talent from within has supported succession planning, strengthened technical capability and enabled sustainable growth. The session will also focus on sharing good practice, demonstrating how other organisations – regardless of size or sector – can take a proactive approach to building their own talent pipeline.
