Event Description

East Coast College is inviting representatives from the energy sector and its supply chain to join a New Industry Advisory Board.
The Board will provide employers with an opportunity to influence curriculum development, shape future workforce skills and ensure our higher education provision reflects the needs of the energy sector, including a new Engineering Degree Apprenticeship. As one of only 40 institutions worldwide to have its higher education provision accredited by the Energy Institute, we are committed to delivering programmes that meet the evolving needs of industry.
With the region continuing to strengthen its position as a leading UK energy hub, we want to work closely with employers to ensure our higher-level skills provision supports current and future workforce requirements.
We would be delighted if you could join us for a breakfast meeting on Thursday 9 July 2026 at the East Restaurant, East Coast College, Lowestoft Campus at 8:00 am – 10am

The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss collaboration and help shape the future of engineering and energy education in the region.
