Hexis Training is a local training provider, providing GWO, ECITB and OPITO training courses to the renewable energy and petrochemical sectors. Hexis Training is part of the Stowen Group who carry out a wide range of construction and maintenance services to the Oil and Gas, Renewable, and Nuclear Energy Sectors globally.
Project Overview
Hexis Training is a training provider based in Lowestoft that delivers safety and technical training for people working in offshore wind, renewables, and the energy sector. It is part of the Stowen Group of companies.
Like many growing organisations, Hexis Training has a Quality Management System (QMS) that includes policies, procedures, and documents that explain how training is delivered and managed. Over time, some of these documents have become out of date and no longer fully match how the company works today.
This project focuses on reviewing and improving the Quality Management System so that it is clear, up to date, and correctly aligned with the training activities Hexis Training currently delivers.
Project Aim
To review, organise, and improve the Quality Management System used by Hexis Training so that all documents are accurate, correctly referenced, and match current training activities.

What You Will Do
• Review existing Quality Management System documents
• Check documents for accuracy, clarity, and correct referencing
• Identify gaps, duplication, or outdated information
• Organise documents so they are easy to understand and follow
• Update documents so they match current training activities
• Produce a clear report explaining what was found and what changes were made
