‘The Nexus’; significant progress made at new industrial development in Lowestoft

The Nexus development is a £4.27million development regeneration scheme being carried out by East Suffolk Council, on Newcombe Road in Lowestoft.

Due for completion in October of this year, and with interest already high, East Suffolk Council is keen to speak with businesses within the renewables sector who are wanting to locate in the area.

The development includes 16 modern business units of varying sizes available to let for office and light industrial uses, with allocated on-site EV parking. The units are contemporary in design to be appealing to the eye as well as functional to the occupier providing open plan internal space.

The development offers easy access to the Port of Lowestoft, OrbisEnergy and East Coast College’s Energy Skills Centre.

Flexible lease terms are available tailored for individual occupier needs, with units is being managed by Bycroft Commercial on behalf of East Suffolk Council, we are keen to speak with interested parties, particularly those who are involved in supporting the clean energy sector.
